| Michele Pillon Position: Secretary Ms. Pillon is an accountant with several years experience in the junior mining exploration sector, providing accounting and regulatory assistance to public companies. Since May 2005, she has worked as an accountant to United Resource Group. Ms. Pillon's prior employment includes: International Portfolio Management from June 2001 to April 2005; Whytecliff Capital Corp. from December 1999 to December 2000; and, Mineral Development Group from May 1995 to August 1999. Ms. Pillon has been a director and/or officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and is currently an officer of Wyn Developments Inc. |
