| Bryce M.A. Porter, C.A. Position: Director Mr. Porter is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland and British Columbia) and a graduate of Harvard Business School. He was with Alcan Aluminium for 15 years at various major subsidiaries and was the former Vice-President/CFO of three Amax mining subsidiaries. Mr. Porter served as the former President and CFO of Black Swan Gold Mines Ltd. from 1998 to 1999 and served as Chairman until early 2001. He served as a director of Lysander Minerals Corporation since 1997, and currently sits on the board of numerous junior mining companies. |
