| Donald Weinert Position: Director Mr. Weinert has approximately 50 years of experience in the brokerage industry and has an extensive depth of knowledge with respect to the management of junior mining companies and markets. He was instrumental in the establishment of a number of Vancouver brokerage companies including D.J. Hall & Company, Pacific International Securities Inc. and Golden Capital Securities Ltd. Since his retirement in 1991, Mr. Weinert has been a director and officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and is currently a director and officer of New Shoshoni Ventures Ltd. |
