Andrew Milligan, MBE, MA
Position: President, Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Milligan is a business executive who has been involved in mining ventures for over 25 years. From 1984 to 1986 he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Glamis Gold Ltd. In November 1986 he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Cornucopia Resources Ltd. In 1998 and 1999 Cornucopia disposed of its gold mining interests and subsequently merged with three other companies to form Quest Investment Corporation. Mr. Milligan was a director of Quest until June 2003. He is currently a director of Oremex Resources Inc., Skye Resources Inc., Valgold Resources, Lincoln Gold Corp. and Canadian Small Cap Resource Funds 2005 and 2006. In 2005, he was recognized for his involvement in and contributions to the mining community.

 
Kim Evans, CGA
Position: Chief Financial Officer, Director

Ms. Evans is a Certified General Accountant with several years experience in the corporate securities industry. Ms. Evans has been Corporate Secretary of Lysander Minerals Corporation since June 2002 and a director and controller since July 2005. From June to November 2004, Ms. Evans was the Chief Financial Officer of PMI Ventures Inc. She also served as Corporate Secretary of PMI Ventures Inc. from May 2003 to November 2004. From June 2002 to April 2004, she was Corporate Secretary for Canden Capital Corp. (now named Superior Canadian Resources Ltd.). From April 2000 to May 2002, Ms. Evans was Office Manager/Accountant for SPC Software Productivity Centre, and from December 1999 to April 2000, she was Senior Accountant for Epic Data, both private BC companies. From 1996 to 1999 Ms. Evans was self-employed providing accounting, legal and regulatory assistance to public companies.

Ms. Evans has been a director and/or officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and is currently a director and/or officer of the following reporting companies: Lysander Minerals Corporation; Aldridge Minerals Inc., CCT Capital Ltd. and Coastport Capital Inc.

 
Bryce M.A. Porter, C.A.
Position: Director

Mr. Porter is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland and British Columbia) and a graduate of Harvard Business School. He was with Alcan Aluminium for 15 years at various major subsidiaries and was the former Vice-President/CFO of three Amax mining subsidiaries. Mr. Porter served as the former President and CFO of Black Swan Gold Mines Ltd. from 1998 to 1999 and served as Chairman until early 2001. He served as a director of Lysander Minerals Corporation since 1997, and currently sits on the board of numerous junior mining companies.

 
Donald Weinert
Position: Director

Mr. Weinert has approximately 50 years of experience in the brokerage industry and has an extensive depth of knowledge with respect to the management of junior mining companies and markets. He was instrumental in the establishment of a number of Vancouver brokerage companies including D.J. Hall & Company, Pacific International Securities Inc. and Golden Capital Securities Ltd. Since his retirement in 1991, Mr. Weinert has been a director and officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and is currently a director and officer of New Shoshoni Ventures Ltd.

 
Zoran Pudar B.Sc. Geo
Position: Vice President of Exploration, Officer

Mr. Pudar, a graduate of the University of Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina in former Yugoslavia, holds a Diploma in Economic Geology. Mr. Pudar worked at the Geoinstitute of Sarajevo, Bosnia, as a geologist from 1987 to 1992. After arriving in Canada, Mr. Pudar worked for several public and private companies involved in mineral property exploration. From April 1996 to March 1999 Mr. Pudar was employed by International Alliance Resources Ltd. as a geologist. He was Vice President, Exploration of Kolyma Goldfield Ltd. from April 1997 to March 1999. Mr. Pudar held a position at Big Blackfoot Resources as Project Manager and Chief Geologist from June 1999 to March 2003. Mr. Pudar also serves as a Director of Novicorp International Trade Consultants, a private company which provides international consulting services.

 
Michele Pillon
Position: Secretary

Ms. Pillon is an accountant with several years experience in the junior mining exploration sector, providing accounting and regulatory assistance to public companies. Since May 2005, she has worked as an accountant to United Resource Group. Ms. Pillon's prior employment includes: International Portfolio Management from June 2001 to April 2005; Whytecliff Capital Corp. from December 1999 to December 2000; and, Mineral Development Group from May 1995 to August 1999.

Ms. Pillon has been a director and/or officer of a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and is currently an officer of Wyn Developments Inc.

 


 
William Meyer, PEng
Position: Special Advisor, Exploration

Mr. Meyer is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Geology (UBC, 1962) and was Vice-President, Exploration for Teck Corporation from 1993 to1998 and President of Teck Exploration Ltd. from 1979 to 1998. He joined Teck Exploration Ltd. in 1979 as Exploration Manager for Western Canada and the United States. In 1991, he was appointed Vice-President, Exploration, for Teck Corporation responsible for the direction of exploration activities for Teck and its associated companies worldwide. While at Teck he forged several deals with junior mining exploration companies and sat as Teck's representative on the board of directors of those junior companies. His career has spanned more than 40 years, starting as an exploration geologist with Phelps Dodge Corporation of Canada and later as senior geologist with Gibraltar Mines Ltd. Mr. Meyer was a partner at the consulting firm of Western Geological Services in 1967 and formed his own consulting firm in 1975. He is currently Chairman of Minco Mining & Metals Corporation and a director and officer of a number of public and privately owned Canadian companies.

 
Donald K. Mustard, PEng
Position: Special Advisor, Exploration

President and Chief Executive Officer of Lysander Minerals Corporation and Geological Consultant from December 1986 to June 1997; and 1998 to the present. Mr. Mustard is a Professional Engineer and geologist with over 50 years of exploration leadership in the mining industry. Past president of the Canadian Geoscience Council, Interior Resource Users of B.C. and the B.C. and Yukon Chamber of Mines, he worked with Anglo American Corporation and Amax Inc. Mr. Mustard formed BP Minerals (Canada) in 1972 and retired as its general manager in 1986. He has also served as a director of a number of exploration companies. In early 2005, Mr. Mustard received public recognition for his contributions to and involvement in the mining community.
