The Company is exploring, with a view to developing, mineral properties in the prolific Magadan Oblast (Province) of Far East Russia. The Magadan Region is considered to be one of the world's richest mining areas. Gold is the region's primary resource, although silver and tin deposits are also being developed. There are nearly 2,000 placer gold deposits, 100 gold ore deposits and 48 silver ore deposits in the territory. Total probable gold reserves in the Magadan Region are estimated at 4,000 tons (128,000,000 ounces).
In June 2007, Golden Reign Resources completed a format agreement with Status LLC, the mining division of CentroCredit Bank of Moscow. The Company has a right to earn an interest in two comprehensive twenty year mining licenses for the Butarni and Dorozhni gold properties. Both properties are situated within the Magadan Province of Far East Russia.
